Just a few actions separate you from the filtration of your call log by the chosen fields for a specific type of report. We’ve added the handy tags that show the fields displayed in the report. In addition, you can easily change their order.
In order to do this, click the button “Create report” at the very top of your call log.
All the filters created by you or your colleagues are available in a drop-down menu. You can use them while preparing monthly and quarterly reports. Moreover, you can create a new filter with a button “Create new”.
As the next step, you can:
- set report title;
- add new fields by dragging them from the drop-down menu or delete one of them by clicking on the cross;
- set the special filtration terms.
There’re two options for sample setting: AND (when data is shown only when all set parameters are met) and OR (when at least one of the specified criteria is present).
Furthermore, from now on, Ringostat users can export reports in a universal format csv as well as create Excel files.
